Nonmatching solo vs together preference

For meetups with single guys her preference is solo and mine is all of us together. She's now had meetups with 3 different guys but all solo. Don't get me wrong, it's still a lot of fun to talk about after but still no group fun. Whenever we find a guy interested in all 3 there is always a reason to rule him out.
Ideas on how to steer this to more group fun?
