Best phone settings for Hotwife recording

Using a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Just curious if there are better settings for capturing action and what others use on their phones specifically. Higher frame rate or higher resolution or max out both? Any other little setting tweaks to get the best video clarity. I know light source will always be my best friend but just wondering what others have found to come out best.
It doesn't have to be exclusive to Galaxy phones, just sharing what we use.
