The Lamborghini Sian. One drink too many or an inherent flaw?

So I'm curious about your example of this Hot Wheels specimen. Two out of three that I have of the Lamborghini Sian examples that I own came with the front end crushed as seen in the pictures here. One was fine. It appears that the rivet at the front of the car crushed the front end when installed. How common is this with the low profile front end of the Lambo design? Seems like it must be pretty common. Anyone else that has experienced this?
