Hottest pepper you'll eat whole right off the plant regularly?

Just curious. I love spicy things and hot sauces but I don't generally eat hot peppers raw but now that I'm growing them I want to be able to just pick a pepper off the plant and pop it in my mouth.
I know my mouth will get desensitized but I'm also a bit curious if this would cause stomach/toilet issues lol I figure I'll probably never catch myself doing it with my ghosts but maybe I'll work up to a daily habanero.
