When it comes to hots and super-hots, what ‘general’ flavors do most of the popular peppers fall in?

I’m new to growing… but I know that Ghosts TASTE amazing for me.

Scorpions taste… soapy/chemical spicy.

Orange and Red habanero seem fruity?

I’m growing a lot of diverse different flavors this summer to try to narrow in on what flavors I like and don’t like… but I don’t k ow what name to put to each flavor?

I only ask this because I’ve seen the ghost profiled as having a “Sweet, fruity, earthy taste… with smokey undertones…”

I’ve seen most of the same adjectives used to describe a scorpion, but they taste 100% might and day different.
