Post Body

Hello everyone. this spring I bought a plant of red scorpion and a plant of habanero. I am not an expert of chili peppers, I just picked those because I liked the popper's look in the photos they had, so just today I picked them up and I discovered that the red scorpion is extremely strong.

What do I do with the red scorpions now? How hot are them really? I eat spicy but not as a standalone thing, always to enhance flavour in recipes so probably I always ate milder peppers and I think that I can't grind those scorpions and use them in powder as I usually do with normal peppers

partial harvest from one plant of habanero and one of red scorpions (some didn't ripe yet) they were planted in the same spot with the same conditions, so why the difference of harvest?
