Disclaimer: these aren't hot peppers (they're king of the north bell peppers) but I figured you would be the experts to ask! Also, marking NSFW in case the photos are a bit gross.
There's mold and weird growths (?) at the base of several seedlings. I did read the PDF in the sub's wiki for pepper diseases but couldn't find a match.
This is my first time trying to grow food of any type so I'm not sure what info might be relevant.
These seedlings are around 5 weeks old. I've been following instructions from peppergeek.com and I have them indoors under the Vivarspectra V1000 currently with 1-1.5 ft clearance under the light. I live in Canada and our last frost is usually near the end of May so I can't transplant yet.
I started them in Mackenzie Pro-Hex trays in Miracle Gro seed starting mix and transplanted to 3" trays with Promix vegetable and herb soil around 2 weeks ago. I bottom water them, maybe twice a week.
Thanks in advance for any info/advice :)
