this is where it was filmed(at least the part that I saw being filmed): 49°07'06.8"N 122°55'17.5"W

I saw a female clown running out of the marked house, hop into a cop car and speed down the road while the camera stayed where it was. I don't remember much else because it was in 2018 or 2019, but the name they gave us when we asked was "retrieved". I'm to easily scared to watch horror movies my self, but it just bugs me that I cant find it myself. Ill see if I can find photos of it (if we took any), and post them here.

edit: it was filmed at night with lots of fog/mist in the air, and when the cop car drove away it pealed out a little. there was also a large square filming light and the rounded end of the marked street.
