Ok this is more about the company i work for as a whole. But anyways.

I've been with this job for 2 years. Loved it in the beginning. Had amazing bosses and coworkers. Everything was going great. I even got promoted to an assistant manager position. Thats when things turned to shit. A new manager transferred to my site, became a sexist and racist tyrant (if you were a guy or not of "ethnic" race then she was a royal bitch to you) and to sum things up, every mistake she made she blamed on me. And since it's harder to replace a general manager than an assistant, i was demoted, pay decrease and placed at a different location.

Now almost a year later, I've been trying to make the best of the situation, but want to move up again (ya'll know these bills gotta be paid and my dog needs treats) so I asked my current manager if I could get an evaluation for a raise.

She listed several redeeming qualities I have such as: good leadership, works well under pressure, punctual, problem solver, and several other things. But said that I wouldn't be given a raise simply because I'm not presenting a positive enough attitude...... like wtf?!

So basically I'm just fed up and have currently sent out applications to various other buisnesses. The only hold back i have is needing good insurance (which current job offers) so I'm hopeful something will come along soon.

TL:DR: Loved my job but crappy management ruined it and now I want to leave.
