"Easy" Loot or Auto loot is a thing?! WTF

I have about 60 hrs in this game and who would've thunk that it has essentially auto loot and you can even do it when you are mounted! I feel like this is something that should've been auto turned on. Like you kill a creature and it runs everywhere dropping parts and I gotta go loot, loot all, then move around a giant ass area to collect. I'm grateful its in the options to turn on but god damn man, I wish i knew sooner!
