What sized hoop do you personally use for shoulder hooping?

Just posted a question right before this haha, but I was curious. I recently bought a 38 inch 3/4 polypro hoop. I can’t shoulder hoop at all currently, but I was wondering if this is a good starter size? It’s the largest hoop I have.
If you are currently using a smaller sized hoop, please feel free to share the size you started with :) I can’t wait to learn!
