About a year and a half ago i was flowing almost daily and really enjoying hooping. One day I noticed a dull pain in my right shoulder (near by trap/ neck) while I was hooping. At first a few days rest would help but in the last few months I've had to give it up completely. Pain persists after flowing so I try to avoid triggering it altogether. I went to a chiropractor for a few weeks but I they didn't seem to have the best idea of what the cause of pain was and I did not find their treatments helpful so I stopped as the bills were piling up. I'm wondering if anyone else has experience this issue and found any success in treating it?
