Everyone talks about first dates, how to seduce a woman, why foreplay is important, and so on. A pretty important topic regarding hookups that almost no one touches upon is dealing with the morning after hookup. Let me share my opinion on the matter.

• If you’re at her place, you could mention that you must be at work early in the morning. This gives you an excuse to leave immediately or as soon as dawn breaks.
• If she’s at your place, offer to call her an Uber. This will make you look gentlemanly while subtly hinting at her to leave your house.
• If you’ve spent the night with her, ask her if she’d like breakfast. Be casual about it. Say something like you’re gonna make pancakes/eggs/whatever for yourself and that you can make a plate for her, too.
• It’s only awkward if you make it. In the morning, you’ll both be sober and hungover. The best way to handle it is just by taking care of her as you would a hungover friend. Offer her some water, get her some mouthwash, and ask her if she has anywhere she needs to be.
• One of the important casual sex rules is keeping it casual. Don’t push for a second meetup right away, or even talk about deeper things. Keep it light, go home, and text her after a few days.
