What kind of eye makeup would suit me best?

These are my eyes, theyre quite uneven as one is more hooded than the other, which makes it very hard to get both eye liners right.
My question is more about what style would suit me best, a foxy eyeliner or more of a “doe eyes” look. My eyes are also pretty small, any suggestion is appreciated, this is more regarding eye liner, i dont like using eyeshadows much but i can still try :)
