My mobile account doesn't retrieve the PS5 account profile (same email)

As per title, I've recently upgraded my phone and wanted to try out Honkai on mobile.
I logged in using the same hoyoverse profile (email and password) that I have on my PS5, but the character is starting from scratch. What am i doing wrong? On PS5 I'm already at 56 trailblazer level and I'd like to keep on that profile also when playing on mobile.
