Why isn't my progress the same?

Context: I was excited when I heard it was gonna come to ps5, and even bought the pre-order too, I even used the same account I used from my phone and logged into it on ps5.

But for some reason my progress on ps5 was lost.

On my phone I was a TB (trail blaze) 60.

But on ps5 I was TB 23.

As you can see, I was madly confused, although all my stuff from back was then was the same.

Team composition, same characters I managed to get, and artifacts from when I was TB 23.

But I don't understand why It remembers it back then.

I even downloaded it back on my phone again and sure enough I was TB 60.

Can I get an explanation?
