why Canada doesnt get CBR500R in black?

shopping around for my first motorcycle. Im really deadset on the honda CBR500R, but why isnt it made here in black. I see europe has "matte gunpowder black metalic" and north america had black in the past. Heck, USA gets both red and silver while Canada gets only the silver.
Why is there only 1 colour option here? :(
