I have changed both solenoids vtec (located back left of engine) and I think it's called vvt solenoid (located left side of engine). I have also changed the oil pressure switch in between the vtec solenoid and oil filter. I have changed the oil and filter. I have made sure I have a good solid connection to the oil pressure switch and a solid ground from the battery. I have also pulled the new pressure switch and tested my oil pressure with a new analog Guage (reading at idle 30psi, reading at 3k rpm 78psi). the manual requires minimum 10psi (idle) and 45psi (3k). Please help I'm desperate. I love my E but it has caused me to rely on friends and family to get to work because I can't get on the interstate with putting people in danger or wasting everyone's time with my limping. ❤️❤️❤️

Edit: the left solenoid that i mentioned is the spool valve

Edit: I just replaced the oriellys vtec solenoid with another oriellys just because it was warranty for the sake of testing. I cleared the code and drove it for about 10 minutes with most of the drive over 3k. It is working great rn, so as soon as the honda oem comes in I'm swapping it. I also went crazy with the contact cleaner on all the connectors again. I'll update if the code comes back and at how many miles between solenoid swap.
