Support on selling my Honda 1971 CB 175 :(

Have to sell my lovely little CB 175 because I am flat broke. This was my project bike with the boyfriend who is also now gone.

The title is clear but I ran out of money to get it. I also don't have a key for it. The engine was professionally cleaned before I got it. I do not have proof that it runs. The tank is solid and the body is too.

What is a fair asking price? I can post a picture - would that help? Thanks.

Edit The bike is in Portland, Oregon. In Oregon, to get a title you have to pay over $100 and also physically get the bike to the DMV. Two things I am unable to do.
