Is this normal (passenger door issue)

My passenger door (2000 Civic hatch with power door conversion) wonât unlock with my key fob, but will unlock with the door lock switch on my driver door. Also my key wonât unlock my door, itâll âunlockâ and I can open the door if I hold my key to the right but then itâll lock back again taking the key out. Is it normal?
