*** 142k miles, my bad*** Hey all! I’m looking to buy a CRV and I keep hearing that older models are generally pretty good and reliable. I found one for 2,900 near me and I’m heading to test drive it this weekend. My question would be: is it foolish to even think of buying a 20 year old car with that many miles on it right now? It seems like it’s been kept up with pretty well and I’ll be asking about it’s history when I go meet with the guy but from the perspective of Honda owners here, is it ridiculous to even entertain this idea?
Additionally, what should I be looking out for when looking for a CRV? are there any seldom mentioned issues that anyone could inform me of so I can be prepared to ask the right questions?
