I have been assigned to upload an app icon of my group's website in google play. I of course already have the icon and link of the website, I searched on ways how to do it on the internet but the results show only on how to upload an app in google play (which is not my goal obviously). So far what I've got is that if you're going to upload something in google play is that you need to sign in as a developer which needs payment (I don't know how to pay plus I think that my instructor didn't expect this work to involve any money).

Please help me, and if there's anything wrong about the information I've searched then correct me. Thank you :>
