I'm doing my IB internal assessment right now and I wanted it to be on caffeine content in tea depending on how long I brewed it for. However, I don't know how I would extract it in a way that i could measure it and needed some ideas. Chloroform is out of the picture, what do you guys think? Thanks for the help :)
EDIT: Looks like dicholoromethane and a separation funnel will be my best option, thanks for the help guys!
