Post Body

I’ll start off with we only have 2 hours a week for practices split into two days. I feel like I’ll set up a practice plan but have a hard time sticking to it, I sometimes get lost in coaching up individual players because they are really far behind from what I’m used to that I end up getting lost on what I wanted to do as a team. Anyone ever feel this when coaching? Tomorrow is our first game and I wrote my first lineup. I’m excited but I don’t think either my 2b or Ss know how to turn a double play, let alone when and where to be cut offs. I feel like I’m letting them down but there is only so much I can do. I have 2 assistant coaches that are for sure helping but I still feel this way. Any advice?
