Anyone have a list of gym workouts for an OF?

Iโ€™m pushing 41 and had a pretty successful season last year playing with a bunch of 20-30 y/o. Want to improve my hitting power and increase distance and throwing speed.

B/T: Right OF/C Batted 5th

Bat: Victus - Tatis (Maple) 32.

Max Bench: 245 Leg Press: 585 Curl: 35lb Squat: 225 (donโ€™t laugh)

Last year I noticed some discomfort around the top of my shoulder. I think it could be from too many bicep workouts and not enough shoulder workouts.
