Post Body

I am bleeding money through theft. I’ve tried trail cams with no success. All I get out of those are clear pictures of my water heater, HVAC, fixtures, etc… of well covered people walking away with items. Nothing to use to find or convict them. I’ve thought about tracking devices attached to something but I can’t seem to find anything I think will work. Most are geared for cars or close by locations like lost keys. I need something that can work remotely. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit to answer questions. This is a new home build in an older and established neighborhood. Woods on three sides with across the street neighbors. This is generally considered a safe area. Fencing would be near impossible with the terrain and lay of the property. I am in the rough in stage so it is not possible to lock the house. Items stolen are inspector requirement equipment and is properly installed.
