Construction to perm question
Post Body

I have a 12 month construction to perm loan. The loan was signed in February of this year and it's becoming increasingly unlikely that our home may not be complete before February.

Does anyone have any ideas on what my options may be in the event the CO isn't issued before the expiry of the construction loan? I've asked my loan officer but they're being coy about it; saying they don't think it'll come to that but we can explore options if it does.

We don't have insulation yet to give a timeline. Drywall middle of December hopefully.
