I didn’t know where else to turn but Reddit.
Right now I’m under contract for a piece of land with a heavy slope. I estimate the slope to be around 30%. I have blueprints picked out for the house that’s meant to be built on a downhill sloped lot. I have a perc test happening this week.
Assuming it percs, what do you guys think? It’s the only land near me that’s even close to my price range. I’ve been saving up for years and fear that I might spend my life savings on a dud. I had a PM come out who said he could do it but the logistics of it all would cost extra.
