It’s a bit tacky, I know. But I decided to try brewing some wine with juice so I didn’t need to buy any brewing equipment for my first brew. (Kinda getting my feet wet with the process) I used bread yeast (i know) and I decided on an apple cider and a Oceanspray CranWatermelon. My biggest concern is the cider. How do I stop it from becoming vinegar? Do I just transfer it and put it in the fridge? Has it been doomed from the jump? I’m case you’re wondering, my next purchase will be a carboy and airlock system😅
