Lager Brewing 🍺

Post Body

Hey yall, So I'm new to lager brewing, but with my new conical and chiller set up, I was excited to get my first lager-notch on my belt. I'm brewing a Schwarzbier and so far fermentation is looking good. I'm on day 5 @ 50°F with WLP830 and about 72% fermented. My question is about yeast. Do you dump lager yest after primary and D-rest, or do any or you prefer to let it sit on the cake during cold lagering?

Cheers!
