Thoughts/advice on diluting beer post fermentation?
Post Body

I recently realized I had just enough time for a mocktoberfest and forgot that decoction mashing would increase my efficiency. Overshot my og by about.....30 pts..... Sooooo that's a bit heavy of an Oktoberfest for me. (I'm usually a very lazy biab-er.....don't judge)

Is adjusting it post fermentation to a reasonable abv as simple as it sounds? Just add boiled and cooled water to down to the desired strength before packaging? Or is there anything I should look out for?

Yeast is omega lutra if it matters.
