Sorry for taking so long. I planned on doing this much earlier until life got in the way. My cat who had been missing for several months came back, then I got the flu.. Any ways starting to drink the stuff I brewed with the turbo yeast.

Well drinking the pineapple right now. First thing off the bad is the harshness of it. It tastes like non aged wine, kind of a lousy non aged wine. It is very rough. There is definitely some off flavors as every one expected. I think it is possible with aging it may be passable what you would get off the bottom shelf a store.. maybe..

Not sure if I will get to the grape tonight, because damned the alcohol is already kicking my ass a little bit.
