This is a bit of a personal question, and I would rate it right up there with how often do you encourage your wife to go clothes shopping with your cresit card? But it is a question I must ask...How often do you guys run out of beer? I cant keep up and run out regularly... dry... notta... zip.

I have two 30ltr fermentors, that always seem to be full and I cannot keep the fridge stocked with kegs, let alone age them!

I have three taps (and looking to add more this year) but feel like all I would be doing is constant batch after batch. Because of this, I am considering grabbing a few 88ltr stainless fermenters off ebay so that I can fill 4 kegs each brew, put a few away to age and move onto the next batch.

Just out of curiosity, what sized bratches do you do for your bar?
