Looking to make the jump to all grain, and been checking out prices of the equipment fully assembled. I know people say you can make your own, but for the peace of mind, I'm considering just buying it already assembled.
Question though is with a 10 gallon cooler setup costing 200 on Midwest our northern brewer, and a 10 gallon stainless pot system costing around 400-500, is there any regrets I may have in the future if I chose one over the other? Like if I further upgrade and can't use the coolers? Or something I haven't thought of?
I currently have a 10 gallon brewing kettle with a ball valve for brew day, so idk if that would be used as a hot liquor tank and a brew kettle or just one of them and upgrade my brew kettle?
