Heyo, so I recently tried to make my first pilsner. Found an Urquell recipe and went for it. I'm fermenting at 50F and stupidly didn't consult a pitching calculator before I started so I've dumped one pack of WLP800 in. After a few days of no activity I did some reading and discovered my error. So now I've ordered and received two more packs of WLP800. It's been 5 days since I first pitched and I'm only just seeing signs of life now (barely). A bubble every 30-60 seconds out of my blowoff tube. Question is:
- Do I leave it alone?
- Do I pitch one more pack?
- Do I pitch both new packs?
Sorry if I'm leaving important details out, I'm in the rush of trying to get kids to bed.
