Anvil Foundry - tips and recommendations?

Short of the long; was given a Anvil Foundry 10.5 as a wedding gift, but after some weird health issues came up, I had to back off drinking for a bit. All is well and drinking is a-ok, so I want to get back into brewing. However, this systems been untouched and it’s like I have the yips trying to get started. Any recommendations on how to get started again? Easy recipe to get my groove back? I’ll take anything
