I have had a look at the FAQ and some articles and have found the most affordable keg setup for me in the UK. I was hoping to get this sanity checked.
I have 2 x 5L glass carboys that I ferment in, so I want a 10L keg:
\The FAQ / WIKI mentioned getting fresh O rings for the keg if it is second hand - but does not explain why. I asume to ensure it holds gas. But should this not be confirmed on the refurbished product?*
Taps and gas valve for the ball lock keg:
*this is the best value for money I can find, which is convinient, as it has all the bits I need.
Food grade CO2:
*I don't want the big CO2 canisters in my house. I saw a tutorial where a guy used these little ones to carbonate his brew.

Does this guy have the pin lock keg? Whereas I am getting a ball lock. He does this whole hot water to pasteurize, but I am hoping to get some Campden tablets and just add those to stop the yeast activity. *may need some more advice on this.
