do I have to add more yeast if I up-scale a recipe?

Hi yall! New home brewer here with a pretty basic question for yall: do I have to ad additional packets of yeast if I upscale a recipe? I figure one packet should still, like, multiply and do it's job just fine regardless of size? But I'm not too eager to fuck around and find out weeks later that my batch is a failure.
