Post Body
I just started brewing mead recently and I have made my 3rd batch. I used 3lbs of blackberry blossom honey and I just stopped fermentation. It seems to be at around 7-9% ABV. which is fine with me. It tastes good But I don't really get any of the blackberry hints when I tried it. Plus with previous batches I had an issue with a bit of a hops taste without using hops. Any advice on improving my mead? I like it to have good flavor and be sweet but not overly sweet.
