Post Body

Hey,

I'm have 2 Deco XE75 mesh routers (1 network guest, both having 2.4 & 5ghz bands). It's ran fine since I got them 6mo ago. Today, my phone refused to connect to the wifi - I fiddled for awhile, couldn't fix it so decided to do a factory reset. Well, it still wouldn't connect so I chalked it up as my phone being messed up. Since it had all my smart home devices saved on it, I grabbed my old cell to add the devices back. I disabled my 5ghz band on my guest network then noticed I couldn't connect to my 2.4. I thought I may be having problems with that band in particular so I disabled my 5ghz on my normal network and tried to connect that way. Neither network is allowing me to use that band on either device, so I factory reset my router.

Everything's now set up how it was before (all bands enabled and named as they were before with the same security measures). My original phone now goes through authentication with the network but fails. My old phone is only connecting to the 5ghz bands, and my smart home devices that can connect with 5ghz paired back up but none of the rest. I've got a big problem with my 2.4ghz 'net.

I have forgotten the network & reconnected (multiple times). I have tried clearing network settings. I've factory reset my phone and my routers. I have unplugged the modem (and both routers) for a cpl of minutes. I've tried connecting via different devices. I've went into my Deco settings and made sure my LAN IP was set back to 192.168.1.1 (after my factory reset). My DHCP is from 192.168.0.50 to 192.168.3.250 with gateway on 192.168.1.1. My address reservation is now cleared out since the reset. DDNS is disabled.

The 'net is running smooth on 5ghz but not all of my devices support it. Is there anything else that I can check?

EDIT: My Alcatel phone apparently won't connect to 5ghz wifi bands, which I didnt notice 'til tonight. My old phone, Roku's and ShieldTV will all connect to 2.4 so I can test - I guess I have a separate problem with my Alcatel.
