Need Dual-Wan Home router

I currently run an Asus AC5300, need to upgrade but my use case is fairly specific and searchable info seems limited.

My primary connection is Spectrum Gig service, secondary T-Mobile home internet over 5g (the trash can).

I need something that can handle roughly 50 wireless devices, at times as many as 7 of them can be streaming high-definition content, dual wan with data-load balancing based on available speeds (ASUS only will balance sessions or failback), I would like it to be Wi-Fi 6(e?), I would like multi-gig ethernet (though Id accept 1g), QOS by content type, and be something well reviewed and reliable.

Advice? I'm in over my head on this one
