How does one get a domain.com/extrapage?

I was wondering with an nginx proxy manager and cloudflare domain/tls/dns how does one make a page after the domain?
Do I need to have NPM have a location to listen to at domain.com/extrapage and then have cloudflare resolve to forward traffic to the server? I can understand how to use a sub.domain.com but I am failing to understand the domain.com/page ... the information I've seen on the web has not been to helpful.
