I am looking for advice regarding if a 16 (or 20?) port 1Gig switch exists with an additional 1 (or 2) 10Gig port(s) BUT can provide POE to at least 8 of those ports for the following:

and, it needs to be mountable within something like this:

I know i could go with something bigger (24 port) but I have limited space.

I'd also be ecstatic for a discussion on if i'm being silly for not going for a 8 port POE (with 10Gig uplink) and a second 10/16 port non POE switch, (with 10Gig uplink)

Even if you have a recommended brand that i might be able to get in Europe, I'd be happy to do follow up research!
