Found something strange in iptables

So I was taking a look into iptables on my raspberry pi when I found a strange rule telling it to accept all connections from a certain IP address. I looked up where the IP was registered and it displayed that it was from Romania.
How do I remove this rule from my firewall? Is this something I should be concerned about?
