Hello everyone! I'm hoping I can get some help here.
I have an Xfinity home network with 350Mbps connection. Throughout every day, I see random massive (1800ms ) ping spikes across all devices simultaneously.
I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to diving into the gritty parts of home network/router/signal troubleshooting.
I'm seeing a ton of events in the event log, and am having trouble deciphering all of them.
Here's a Google Doc with the pictures of (in this order) Downstream Channel Bonding Values, Upstream Channel Bonding values, Event Logs for the day, and the cable modem specs:

Please let me know if you have any suggestions to get this resolved!
