I currently have an ASUS router in the basement of my house. I am having trouble receiving a good signal in the back of the house, upstairs bedroom, and in my garage where I work out (about 15-20 yards off the corner of back of the house). My Father-in-law's friend set up as a favor for us, I believe he ran some ethernet cables outside to the garage. I don't know enough about home networking to choose which would be the best option.
I wanted to know if I should go with the Unifi In-Wall wave 2 access point in the garage or go with Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-AC-PRO-US in the back of the house. Will, that create a better signal to the troubled areas, including upstairs?
