Need help with router suggestions for my setup, My nighthawk is dying (it's making high pitch squealing)

I live in a Villa with my fiance right now but most things we use utilize wireless. The TV, Google Home, Laptops, Phones, ChromeCast, etc.. The only thin I use heavily that is wired in is my gaming PC.

We currently get around 440Mbps with Charter (no option for gig near me yet).

Whats the best router for the money that I should get that will last me and work well for my gaming PC and constant streaming of 4K and such over the wifi? Or should I just get another Nighthawk?

Price Range is probably around $300
