Range extender with dual WAN equivalent

Are there any dual band WiFi extenders that act like a Dual Band router with failback? i.e. SSID #1 is my phone (mobile hotspot) and then when I leave, it goes back to the local WiFi (SSID #2) so that I don't have to manually re-configure every time I'm on site?
