Best connection for U7 Pro

I’ve just purchased a couple of U7 Pros to install in my house. The cables are in position and ready to go but I’m wondering what the best method of connection is. Do I:
- Connect the cable straight into the back of the AP?
Or
- Fit a key stone in a wall plate, mounted to the ceiling then connect the AP using a patch cable?
