5G Gigacube vs ZTEMF286D

Hello!
Forgive me in advance for my questions here.
I previously used a ZTE MF268D, I now have a 5G Gigacube. The exact same sim card is in each device, the routers are in the same location.
The ZTE MF268D is showing 108mbs download speed and the 5G Gigacube is showing 20mbs.
I don’t believe the external antennas on the ZTE would increase it that much or allow for that significant a discrepancy.
Can anyone help?
